📍a summer in t.br
78 Yong Siak Street

Charming amalgamation of flavours, crafted by @rustyelephants @ryuchien of @asummerint.br with the NEWEST @asahisg Super Dry Nama Jokki weaved-in, for each element of this bespoke menu.

Here’s the top 5 of what we had!

🦐Red Shrimp
Very refreshing start. Red shrimp marinated with red shallots and peppers, topped with jelly that’s made with the beer 🍻

🐮Beef Cheek
Small bite, big flavours! Beautifully fried, very crisp and goes really well with the beer

🐷Pork Jowl
12-hour iberico pork jowl, roasted, served with qq handmade udon and wholesome broth

⚪️Lychee
A very delightful dessert, dare I say one of the top ones from the one I had that month ( I had the chocolate version that day, but I had a bite of everything of my bubs lychee version and vice versa!). The bright, sweet and floral-ish lychee taste goes so well with cherry kirsch and sour cherry. The panna cotta texture is awesome

🍡Sweets
Their version on petit four comes in a set of 7 and a hot cup of aromatic, nutty genmai hojicha. Absolutely love the petit dango and beer gelato chouquette (the ice cream is made with beer!🍻)

Aand here’s more deets of the beer that has been wonderfully weaved in this menu!

Asahi Super Dry Nama Jokki 🍻 — a take on 'draft beer in a can'. When cracked opened, a luxuriously creamy foam will slowly bubbles on top, delivering the delightful experience of a freshly poured draft beer in a traditional mug. It has as the original Asahi Super Dry, with a quick peak and clean finish.

If you’re interested, they’re available for grabs now at @fairpricesg! We had this for our game nights with the fam ✨

Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of working with Veeva at their annual customer summit to curate a special experience for their attendees.

In line with their branding (which is loads of orange 🤗) we supplied over 250 jars of apricot vanilla jam made with 100% real fruits - individually customized with stickers & tags.

Additionally we also hosted a live sorbet bar where we prepared over 300 servings of refreshing blood orange sorbet - served in hand-carved oranges and topped with honey pomelo, lemon jelly, kinako mochi & fresh marigold.

We're ecstatic with the positive responses from the attendees and loved that everyone enjoyed the natural goodness 😌🧡 Thank you Veeva for having us! (📸 by Veeva)

Last week on Valentine’s Day we had the pleasure of welcoming some lovely couples at our first private dessert tasting experience @asummerint.br! 🥳🫶🏼 Really loved the intimate conversations over the table and the opportunity to share our craft with you guys. Thank you to all of you who joined (and shared with us your love stories)! 💝

P.S. truly enjoyed this one-day event - should I do more of this? 🥹🌻
