.

+ + + Also the elite will be at the start in Cologne! + + +
.
Even tough the courses have not been communicated yet (Yeah, we are aware that we have to do this asap! 😀), also the triathlon elite is interested in our new CGN City Triathlon 🏊🚴🏃!
.
I.a. pro @tobias.drachler (@ktt_01 ) would like to cross the finish line 🏁 first on September 6 in downtown:
.
📣 "I am looking forward to the new CGN City Triathlon 🏊🚴🏃 that will give our sport special prominence in Cologne and all of tria Germany 🇩🇪. Participating in this event in my new hometown is a really heartfelt wish ♥️ for me!“
.
And we will be happy to have him here! We will see who else is coming the compete against him ...!

🏃‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️ Aus Fehlern lernt man ... 😞
Dann klappt’s bestimmt!
Genießt den Rest-Sonntag! 😊

RACE DAY!
Today Peter and I raced the MTB Challenge (60km & 1800 meters of climbing). We did it each in our own pace and end up place 13. and 121. out of 563. I started in group C and 10 minutes behind Peter and the top field.
The course was nice and we had lots of fun. It was a bit dusty, but a good start to get prepared for the Cape Epic 😊

[Berlin D-40]
1 hour easy run. . . done, but oh boy, it was such a struggle to get out there. Don’t ask me why, I have absolutely no idea. Good thing I finished before the hail came down tonight. . .
& I do need a bigger smile than pictured here on the home stretch @berlinerhalbmarathon so any effort now is worth it in the end, I just have to remember that! 💪🏻
#RunBerlin #BerlinHalf

Restday today. Ok, at least from biking 🚴‍♀️ Yesterday I did my technic session with @biking_in_the_bosch early in the morning. Went through and over a lot of rocks 🙈😬 In the afternoon I did the prologue of the @capeepic in Capetown with @jasonvantslot.
Thanks for the ride Jason and the dinner afterwards. Great to see how fit you are 😊👍 #mtb #mtblife #cycling #hearttransplant #capetown #triathlontraining

•••German Indoor Championships••• Came away with a new 800m personal best and finished 10th😊
Of course competitions are always about comparing yourself with others. But more important for me is to beat myself. Trying to be better than I was yesterday. Everyday. So I am more than happy with my progress and that I had the chance to race against the fastest girls in Germany!🇩🇪 📸 @beautifulsports #trackandfield #tracklife #trackgirl #asvkoeln #passion #german #championships #motivationishigh

Who wins the Indoor crown for the fastest Man in Germany? Leipzig, Saturday, about 6h30 pm local time we’ll know. Joshua Hartman from @asvkoeln is one of the contenders. Here a photo after his victory over Kevin Kranz (Indoor Champion 2019) and Michael Pohl (Outdoor Champion 2019) in Hanau earlier this year.⁣⁣
