Async Figure is an ongoing collaboration between UK artists and producers MM and Suda. After driving much of the hard drum side of the deconstructed club scene for the last 10 years with the Her Records label alongside the likes of Fade to Mind and NAAFI, MM and Suda came together to explore an evolution of their sound. Dubbed โ€œNail Houseโ€, much of the character of their work focuses on bridging high-intensity, left-field grooves with eerie and melodic instrumentals, found vocals and mashups to produce a full range of club tools and original compositions. They are currently signed to Tzusingโ€™s Sea Cucumber label and have played festivals like Unsound in Krakow. โ€จโ€จFor this mix, Async presents a range of unreleased work, party-forward mashups and off-kilter sounds. This mix was performed live at TraumaEVOLVER on April 10th, 2026.

A love letter of sorts to Glasgow, and all the weegies who made my experience there. It was very easy choosing who to include, the hardest part was definitely selecting which tracks of theirs. Sought to get quite a breadth of sounds, so starts off with an ambient intro, devolves into some clubbier sounds, before rounding off with a soft landing largely into folk, and a couple dub cuts, amongst other sonics. I encourage everyone to go check out all the featured artistsโ€™ music.
