Every Wednesday to Friday until 30 October, enjoy a six-course plant-based gourmet dinner inspired by seasonal produce and Ayurvedic spices.

CHF 15 of every Pink Menu goes to Cancer Support Switzerland and the @liguegenevoisecontrelecancer to help us continue offering free-of-charge support to people affected by cancer, including their loved ones.

Had a wonderful time exploring Geneva and Chamonix with my beautiful mum @mk_aka_pinky, had a beautiful 6 course vegan meal at chefs table @atablechezanou, went up in the mountains on a great excursion by @keytours_switzerland 🏔️, saw lots of Geneva’s sights and travelled on all types of public transport, with a travel card which came free with our hotel stay. We had the best time & I can’t wait for the next adventure 💕

Taking my supper club to Geneva was a little bit mad, a lot of work, and incredibly special.

But none of this happens alone. A huge thank you to Anou @atablechezanou for inviting me to collaborate and for opening up your kitchen and table, and for all the cooking, planning, problem-solving and laughter along the way.

And thank you to everyone who came, trusted us to feed you, tried something new, shared the table and made both days what they were.

I came home exhausted, very happy, and incredibly grateful.

Geneva! I think we might have to do this again.

My amazing sister @anou hosting the renowned comedienne Zarna and her family. So proud of my sister. When in Geneva please visit this vegan gem in the heat of meat, cheese, and milk chocolates. The best anti-dote to a Swiss respite is to visit @atablechezanou - esp after a dip in lac leman or lake geneva

On July 1st, my calendar was almost empty, and for the first time, I felt excited about it (bye bye FOMO, finally!).

I found myself wondering what kind of magical moments July would be filled with. Guess what.. effortlessly it unfolded into one beautiful moment after the other.

Some events leave me feeling depleted, even if they only last an hour.
Others fill me with so much joy, connection, laughter and aliveness that they become exactly what my body needed.

✨ And I think is about being intentional what I say YES to. A friend of mine, who is also HSP, told me she is happy to go to John Legend concert with me, she felt it would leave us feeling inspired rather than overwhelmed. So we did and we had such memorable night!

Highly sensitive women don’t need smaller lives.
We need lives that are more aligned with who we are, enough space to recover after what drains us, and enough courage to fully enjoy what genuinely nourishes us.
