For my 50th, High Steaks @thundervalley prepared a chef tasting menu experience with a complete 6-course menu and wine pairing for myself and guests. We ate and socialized like Hollywood stars, having caviar and drinking French champagne from an evening menu exclusively created for a 50th Bday celebrant using the finest farm to table ingredients of the season.

I was told this is the first time they ever did anything like this for a Bday event - and I'm so grateful and honored to be the lucky person they did this for. Thank you, Ashley, Jenkins, chef Freddy and chef Parsh. This is a foodie dream Bday celebration experience that you made come true! ❤️

Thanks, Josh - for this beautiful video. And to my patient and wonderful guests - there's no party without you - I'm so grateful! ❤️

I know a lot of local foodies follow ME on my page. I've tried a few Michelin starred spots in the area but with the cost of dining and lack of wow factor - they fell underwhelming.

High Steaks, for ME, is the best fine dining restaurant in Placer County and Sacramento County.

Proud moment for @margismenu...

Earlier this year, we ran a speed dating event called Switching Chairs for Charity to benefit poor communities, run a feed and provide opportunities to disadvantaged kids in the Philippines.

From the money raised in the event, the money I made cooking, plus private donations from family and friends put together, we were able to have successfully completed our charity mission. We provided two weeks worth of groceries for 300 Seniors, Persons with Disabilities and Single moms in San Fabian, Pangasinan. Additionally, we deployed school supplies for an entire year for the whole elementary school children of Cabalitian Island in Sual, Pangasinan. Plus, we provided all the kids we hot lunch for the day and an unforgettable entertainment experience where we gave away prizes and money.

Neverending thank you to my Sissylove, to my wonderful BEST FRIENDS in high school, my BESTIE, to everyone who participated in the events, to those who tip and add to the pot, to my big and small baller donors, to the staff of IMAC School of Cabanatuan and their wonderful Principal and her family, to my husband who supports my insanity, and to all my friends and family who believe in this cause. We did so well...ALL OF US! ❤️ THANK YOU!
