Førel Favorites: The Bridal Bouquet Edition. 💐🤍

@currents.berlin at Jalousiefabrik, Kreuzberg. Past the machine hall, through the stairwell, into a curtained room.

A Dune Cluster in Silver Polished. Aluminium sheet formed into shades, CNC-machined connectors with integrated LEDs. The finish is hand-polished, the curtain and the moss island below stand in the surface.

On the ground floor, Kosmos: opal glass spheres of 80mm carried on stainless steel profiles, light released through the full sphere.

Meet us at Pücklerstraße 24. Until Sunday.

Special thanks to @atelier.embloss for the support

The art of celebrating closely.

Beneath the old trees at Villa Fuchs, Hannah and Lukas gathered the people who matter most. A long table in the garden, crystal catching the afternoon light, flowers in warm summer tones — and an elegance that never needed to ask for attention.

An intimate wedding in Berlin, thoughtful in every detail and deeply personal at its heart.

the pandemic cancels your Italian wedding plans
so you casually build Italy in Brandenburg instead
and accidentally create a wedding venue
that books out years in advance.

Alongside my theory sessions, I also took a little time to photograph during the workshop Toni and I hosted at @villafuchs_friederikenhof at the end of July. Here are a few glimpses of some of our set-ups and models.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team and to everyone who joined us. We truly couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful first edition of the workshop, and we’re already so excited for the next one on September 27–28!

Wo will ich eigentlich hin?

A few months ago, this workshop was just an idea.
A conversation between Sylvi and Toni.
A shared feeling that maybe photography doesn’t need more noise. Maybe it just needs more space.
For two days, we forgot to hurry. We gathered at Villa Fuchs and we listened… to Sylvi and to our own inner voices.
We noticed and we created again with passion and soul
We laughed and we cried happy tears.
We left every evening with full hearts and memory cards that somehow became the least important part.
What stays with us now are the people.
The conversations around the dinner table.
Somewhere in between, we were reminded why we fell in love with photography in the first place.
Not because of the images we create. But because of how photography makes us connect with a place, with other people and, sometimes, even with parts of ourselves that we have maybe forgotten about.
Thank you to everyone who trusted us with these two days. We honestly haven’t stopped thinking about them.
Our Autumn Edition will take place on 27–28 September at Villa Fuchs.
There are only a few places left, and we’d love to gather around the table with you next.

We’ve spent the last few days trying to find the words.
Truthfully, we still haven’t.
Some experiences are simply bigger than language.
So instead, we’ll do the only thing that feels right.
We’ll set the table again. We’ll open the doors again.
And we’ll make room for another beautiful beginning.
27–28 September 2026 · Sylvi Schaffrath x Villa Fuchs
Beyond the Noise.
Only a few places remain.
