Stepping into my power - my uniqueness as a media readiness strategist, production manager and MOM

Last night @oncamready in partnership with @maxwell_cinematography we worked on providing coverage of the @tedxatlanta Salon Event

As an active member of the TEDxAtlanta team it was a thrill to support @jacquichew and the community but to also put my kids to work!

Swipe to see what I mean!

As part of their homeschool program I am teaching them content creation! They are learning how to shoot, direct people, edit and post videos.

What started as lessons has now become their jobs! They were DEPENDABLE production assistants last night!

🙌🏼

They carried the tripod, didn’t lose equipment and spoke to everyone they interviewed with confidence!!

Follow @tedxatlanta for the interview reels. The Unbreakable series will roll out leading up to the 2026 conference and I am hoping they will edit each video 👏🏼 So proud

PS they are also officially employees of @oncamready as they are excited to create and earn ❤️

TEDxAtlanta doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens because people show up. 👏🏼🙏🏽
People who believe in ideas.
People who care about Atlanta.
People who are willing to give their time to build something meaningful together.

TEDxAtlanta is entirely volunteer-led, and we’re currently growing our team across marketing and communications, partnerships, event production, speaker support, logistics, and community engagement.

👉🏼In this video, hear from Atembe on why she chooses to volunteer and what being part of the TEDxAtlanta team has meant to her.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like behind the scenes, this is a glimpse.

Ebbs & Flows | @shaesuniverse 🎬🔥
Choreographer @merrittblanksjr created an experience for dancers looking to train in a real rehearsal space setting with an artist. He had less than 2 Hours to provide choreography, artist development, and stage formations/transitions. This was an AMAZING experience and each and everyone was so grateful to learn and grow! 🎯
CONGRATS again to @shaesuniverse for HEADLINING her first show right here in the ATL. ❤️‼️

Special thanks to the Skeleton crew from earlier this year that helped make prayers come true.

💃 I love this girl for doing this because she is taking initiative and urging someone who probably has always wanted to try a Heels & Hype class but was always afraid to- to come forward, claim a ticket for free and have a partner to attend with! Thats what a real girls’ girl is 🥳 Remember we are doing the dance from this upcoming Saturday’s class again on Tuesday at content night!! But here is a little secret - you can come and do any dance you know or have even made up yourself- thats what CONTENT DAY is for!!! Lights, camera, recording!!!! LETS GO!

✅ We dance because we can‼️🥳

✅ No Experience Needed

✅Heels Optional

✅ Empowering Environment

✅ Register on Eventbrite or with cashapp 🎉

Got dressed up to hang out with my friend Beyoncé, who’s in town for the weekend😄
I love things and people that bring all kinds of people together and Queen B is one of those people! Greatest performer of my time! 🕡She brought out such a fun crowd of people in every spectrum of cowboy/western possible! I love Yonce but not as much as the two queens I went with! 😘😘
