Happy 3️⃣rd birthday to our baby boy Marcus James!!! We love the joy and laughter and silliness you bring to all those around you! 😝 His favorite things from his party were… “swimming, eating pizza, singing happy birthday, sharing with his friends, and smoothies!” So thankful to celebrate with such amazing friends and family. Truly grateful!! Love you MJB! 🤩🥰🥳🎂

Last half marathon I did was one I walked with my mom in 2020. The one before that was in 2019. My mom was a marathon runner so I always wanted to follow in her footsteps. I had so many dang setbacks while training, it was wild 🤣. I didn’t meet my running goal BUT I shaved off 45 minutes from my last race in 2019.

I had the BEST cheer crew…Some not pictured. Whether you were waiting for me at the finish line or shooting me a text of encouragement, I’m so dang grateful.

Next up one more half, and training for a full. Anyone down to do it with me?? 🥳🥳

Life can be hard at times, and cause me to sometimes lose sight in what's important. The world can put me in the hamster wheel sometimes. But God.. all is takes is for me to remember what I have and not what I lack. I'm blessed to have so many people in my life that blesses my spirit.

I get tired yes. But I’m always restored when I look back and forward to where, who, and what God has brought me towards. Every time it overwhelms me. I'm blessed, I'm grateful, I’m loved, and God I have so much I want to give back.

I'm thankful that I am able to pour my life out as you pour into me. To my friends, family, loved ones and God. Thank you for making not just my birthday, but my life so so so blessed… Love you #chapter35

My 5th year of turning 30 was filled with some trauma, a lot of life lessons and some great memories sprinkled in there. This last year was truly “the good, the bad, and the ugly” personified. 🙄

I am so dang grateful to wake up to another year. I’m in awe of my support system, and I am glad I get another year of them by my side. You all know who you are.

I’m also forever thankful that God froze time for me to remain 30 FOREVER!!! 🙃 Cheers to another year of becoming wiser from last year’s lessons, looking at life from a glass half full perspective, creating more memories, and enjoying another trip around the sun with the best damn support system anyone could ask for. Thank you for the birthday wishes and for always being in my corner ♥️

We focused on the 3 Fs these last few days…Family, Fun, and Flexibility.

Tracen got to spend some much needed time with his cousins and grandparents in Orlando. We rode every ride at @legolandflorida and braved the heat for @waltdisneyworld

These 4 tiny humans have such a special bond…I’m grateful for every minute they get to spend together! ❤️ @athenasullivan_ we love you guys!
