Day 1 post-op! 🥹❤️ I DID IT!!!

I have SO much to be grateful for! First, a HUGE shoutout to @athenixbody in Scottsdale! From my first consultation to surgery day, the entire team was AMAZING. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable that I booked my surgery right at my consultation. It just felt RIGHT! ❤️

And @drcraiglehrman? I absolutely LOVE him! He’s a board-certified plastic surgeon, but what stood out most was his patience and genuine care. I showed up to pre-op with FOUR PAGES of questions 😂 and he answered EVERY ONE without rushing me! His nurse was just as wonderful, making sure I felt informed and prepared.

Surgery day was emotional! My nurse was an absolute ANGEL, keeping me laughing and calming my nerves. My anesthesia provider was so reassuring too. My biggest fear wasn’t the pain or recovery… it was going to sleep and not waking up. 😭 Dr. Lehrman checked on me, answered my final questions, and reassured me I was in good hands.

And just like that… I went to sleep and WOKE UP! 🙌🏽❤️

Now we’re on DAY ONE of recovery! The pain has been much more tolerable than I expected. Getting in and out of bed? A WHOLE different story! 😂 I know healing will have its ups and downs, but I’m excited to see my progress at one week, three months, six months, and a year!

To everyone who prayed for me, checked on me, sent good vibes, or helped me through this: THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! ❤️ Words can’t express how much you mean to me.

If you’re in Arizona, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Craig Lehrman and the entire Athēnix Scottsdale team. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, supportive experience!

The results are still to come, but the confidence? That’s already here! 🥹❤️

It’s not about removing the loose skin, it’s about the quality of life that follows.

@transformwitheli lost 110lbs and came to see @dr.perezplasticsurgery, where he performed a breast lift with implants, later chest and arm lift, and a 360 lower body lift. Today, Eli’s scars are a reminder of her hard work and the journey that brought her to Marina Plastic Surgery. We love seeing her live life with her newfound confidence!

What ages your face more: sun exposure or lack of sleep? ☀️💤

While both can impact your skin, one has a much greater effect on long-term aging.

In part 1 of a new series, I break down how sun exposure affects skin quality, accelerates visible signs of aging, and why protecting your skin now can make a difference for years to come.

Which do you think has the bigger impact? Let us know below! 👇

In 2019, after losing 150 pounds, I made one of the best decisions of my life: skin removal surgery! It was truly life-changing for my self-confidence.

Fast forward seven years, and I’m now 32 weeks pregnant! 💙🤰🏽

I’m amazed at how beautifully my skin and abdomen have adapted to pregnancy. My doctor actually had to use an ultrasound to measure my baby’s growth because of how tight my abdomen still is!

I’m so grateful for the incredible team @athenixbody and the amazing results that have lasted all these years. I’m excited to see how my body looks and heals after giving birth!

And can we talk about how incredible my belly button STILL looks?! 😂🙌🏽 @gavindrymd is truly the best!!!

From losing 150 pounds to growing a human, this body continues to amaze me! 💙 #pregnant #pregnancyafterweightloss #skinremoval #plasticsurgery #beforeandafter

My patients are my “why”. ❤️

Behind every transformation is a person, a story, and a deeply personal journey. Being trusted to guide my patients through that experience is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.

Hearing their stories and knowing they felt supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way is a reminder that this work goes far beyond the results. It’s about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping each patient feel confident in their decision.

If surgery has been something you’ve been thinking about, come in to see us for a consultation and explore what’s possible for you. DM or call us at 📞 888-276-1535 to schedule.💕

From Anchorage, Alaska, to Scottsdale — meet Amber!

One week after her extended tummy tuck, Amber shares how she’s feeling, what surprised her about recovery, and why she’s happy she took this step.

Amber, thank you for trusting me with your care and sharing your experience. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey.

Results and recovery vary by patient. Images show early healing at one week post-op, not final results.
