And there it is folks, the first big PB post injury. It's been a long rebuild cycle, but we're almost done. I do reckon if I had loaded 220kg it would have been there, maybe a little ugly, but it would have been there.

Amazing to watch “Every Brilliant Thing” with Sir Lenny Henry. Kept us laughing and crying in equal measure. It’s such a great staging and the audience is participant from the word go! #everybrilliantthing

It has been a while since I've done something worth posting on reels. Here's a random Squat PB I hit today. Since I got the finger tattoos, I have been unable to train, and I still don't really want to grab a bar, so this was a win.

Well, depth on the second rep is questionable, I'll admit. However, I don't doubt that it'd be there if I went lower anyway, so I'm happy and surprised by this, happy days.

Decided to mess around today and hit the biggest dip I've ever done at the lightest weight of the cut.

Dodgy PB today, shoulders are feeling it, and I'm getting weaker. I am starting to feel unmotivated in training, probably because the numbers aren't going up, obviously.

Wham Sling PB today. Best I've done with 160kg prior to this is 3, and I wasn't meant to go up to it today. Happy with this.

It's probably the last video for this training cycle, the last little mess about. Reckon I had 20 if I didn't get a new tattoo

Well, it's more heavy fun, a final heavy lift of the cycle. Onwards, let the cut commence.

No 160kg, but I'm an inch closer. I'm happy. This is a great way to end the block, truly. Up next, the cut.
