Female athletes don’t need to train like male athletes.

They deserve training that considers them—their movement, their development, their strengths and the demands of their sport.

Strength. Speed. Power. Confidence.

That’s what we’re building through the Women’s Performance Group at Athletic Paradigm.

Not less.

Different. Intentional. Powerful. 💪🏽

I didn’t realize how much dance was teaching me.

Competitive dancer → professional dancer → trainer → coach → dance educator.

Years spent studying movement, strength, discipline, confidence and body awareness.

Now I’m bringing all of it into developing female athletes—helping girls understand their bodies, recognize their strength and become stronger, more confident athletes.

Dance was the foundation.

Now it’s part of how I’m helping empower the next generation. ❤️

The day my youngest daughter took her first steps happened to be the same day we were coaching our women’s performance group.

Two very different kinds of growth happening right in front of me.

One little girl figuring out how to stand, balance, and take those first steps.

And a group of young women learning to trust their bodies, challenge themselves, and realize just how strong they are.

As a mom and a coach, I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching women grow into themselves.

Sometimes it's one tiny step.

Sometimes it's one more rep.

But they're all steps forward. 🤍

I don't expect her to remember every drill or every session.

But I do hope she remembers what it felt like to be surrounded by girls who worked hard, encouraged one another, and made space for each other to grow.

That's the kind of environment I want to build, not just for her, but for every girl who steps onto the field. 🤍
