INDY! 14 DAYS!! TWO WEEKS UNTIL RACE DAY!

Spent the morning with @athleticannex and @never.second with an appearance from @emmagracehurley and Ava. 💕

@carlyhstewart and @renaesaager brought their boys and our kids did a few loops around the lake. It was (mostly) fun.

Great to see @rosiesdadruns @teach.mom.run.513 @garethwilford @larry21cob @devonmccourry @cbonilla14_

I had no idea how incredible their setup is for group long runs. I’m going to have to pay closer attention next year.

@indymonumental here we come!

Gear check after today’s tempo 🏃🏾‍♀️

When I first saw this workout, I got nervous. 2.5 miles at 7:00 pace? Ma’am. But I told myself I wouldn’t know unless I tried.

I didn’t hold it, and I had to stop once. But I held a 7:20 pace and I’m really proud of that, especially less than a month out from race day 🩷

Shoes can’t run the workout for you, but my @saucony Endorphin Speed 6 (gifted to me to create content) have been on my feet for every speed run in Project PR and I’m still loving how they feel. They release October 15 and you can get them at @athleticannex.

Today’s lineup:
Fit: @sheinofficial
Glasses: @sportsgoodr
Watch: @corosglobal & @apple
Belt: @flipbelt
Socks: @feetures
Headphones: @shokzusa
Water bottle: @amazon
Training plan: @runna

Also, if any of you brands want to send free stuff my way or need a cute content creator, my DMs are open 😌
