POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When I reached out and said, “My friend is starting a business, and I’d love for you to come support her and tell her what you think,” these girls showed up. Some drove such a long way, and I don’t take that lightly 🤎

Yesterday, my friend and I hosted a little Halloween and fall cake-painting afternoon with a few Atlanta creators. We wanted them to experience @Paint.a.Cake.Atl , have fun, and give her honest feedback as she grows her business.

Everyone started with the same cake, but every finished piece looked so different! There was so much creativity around that table, along with conversations between people who were meeting for the first time. I loved watching everyone get to know each other while they painted.

Labiba made chocolate sponge cakes with buttercream, chocolate ganache filling, and whipped caramel. Her husband made the delicious little bites we snacked on, too.

To every creator who joined us, thank you for your time, your kindness, and for sharing both what you loved and what could be better. Some of you I’ve known for years, and you’ve always been so kind to me. Some I only recently met, and I hope this is the beginning of a lovely friendship. Days like this make me so grateful for the creator community here.

And Labiba, thank you for letting me be part of this with you. I know how much this means to you, and I’m wishing you so much success.

If you’d like to plan something like this with your people, Labiba offers private cake-painting setups at your home or venue across Metro Atlanta and Gwinnett. Birthdays, bridal showers, or just an excuse to get your friends together 🎨🎂

Tickets start at $39 for her pop ups, with different tiers available. And if you have a budget in mind, talk to her. She’s happy to work with you to figure out a setup that feels beautiful and fits what you can spend. Send her a DM to ask about packages and plan your event 🤎

The Table by FWDher. 🖤

A room built for female founders. Real conversations, genuine connections, and women who show up fully for each other and for themselves.

This is a space where you don’t just feel safe, you leave equipped. With tools, with community, with the kind of clarity that only comes from being in a room full of women who get it.

We built this because every woman who is building something deserves a room that was built for her.

If you’ve been looking for your people… you just found them.

Follow @fwdher to be in the room.

Most people see an Olympian and an Executive Pastry Chef.

I see proof that we don’t have to stay where we started.

Too often, people allow fear, doubt, setbacks, or the expectations of others to determine what they can become. They settle for who they are instead of pursuing who they are capable of being.

My journey has taught me that the greatest transformation isn’t winning a gold medal or building a business.

The greatest transformation is discovering the power that already exists within you.

That’s the message I share everywhere I go.

I help people recognize their potential, push beyond self-imposed limitations, and develop the belief required to pursue their biggest goals and dreams.

Because every champion starts with a decision:

To believe that more is possible.

Be brave enough to be who you want to be. Don’t let other people’s doubts and fears become your own and keep you from your destiny.

I Can. I Must. I Will!

A rare sister night out at @zestoncantonstreet in #RoswellGA and we made it count. 👯‍♀️🍣🍸🍹🗣️
They call it “summer break” but anyone with kids knows the 24/7 shift with your tiny bosses at home is no break. So as the supportive sister, I staged a little rescue mission to get @jennabena_fofena out of the house.

We kept hearing about the Wasabi Margarita, so of course we had to try it, along with the Peach Donkey Mule, Cherry Blossom, and Lychee Limeade. Each one was just as good as it sounds. All the food was incredible as well.

So happy I got this time with my sister. #DowntownRoswell #restaurant #cantonstreet #atlantarestaurants
