May’d it into June !

It took months, but I finally touched the ground! I didn’t even have to go in the sauna to do it! Just another incredible break through this week! Hell, yeah baby! I had to take my belt off because it caught my hand. I guess it can be a little dangerous wearing the bell at the gym, but I’ve got her back on now.

Today is January 28th 2026

The first month of the year is almost over and as I reflect on my goals I am glad to report that I am proud of myself for staying the course

I made a commitment to myself to improve

1️⃣ Health
2️⃣ Finances
3️⃣ Relationships
4️⃣ Produce more content
5️⃣ Help more people

I am making progress on my goals but honestly I can use help with the 5th promise.

You see, a lot of people have already fallen off the wagon on their news resolutions but I know it isn’t too late to get back up.

We are still early in the year and I want to help you accomplish your goals.

I want to coach you every morning for the rest of the year so that you can join me in Dec as one of the people who locked in and got it done!

If I help you, selfishly I will be helping myself accomplish my 2026 goals.
