I think you can tell by the look on my face, just how much I love my Himalayan singing bowls! I recently acquired a new 11" handmade "F" bowl—perfect for a private session where the bowl is placed directly onto the body for vibrational healing.

✨ TONIGHT! Yoga Nidra + Sound on Zoom ✨
-
Join me tonight for a Yoga Nidra + Sound practice at 20:00 EST via Zoom
-
The application of both yoga nidra with healing sound can reset or re-pattern the energy body to a more harmonious state of health. Both practices transmits intentions and emotions, which can cause relaxtion to occur on a cellular level.
-
What to expect:
-
We start grounding the body and softening the nervous system with breath work and healing sound.
-
We lie on the floor in Savasana, using props and blankets as desired. If lying on the floor is not possible, you may use a chair or lie in your bed.
-
Yoga nidra practice begins with relaxation and setting an intention—a Sankalpa.
-
You will be guided through the practice by listening to my voice and instructions. I will take you through the different sheaths of yoga nidra: the Annamaya kosha (physical body), Pranamaya kosha (energetic body), Manomaya kasha (mental), Vijnamaya kasha (intuitive body) and finally, the Anandamaya kosher (bliss body).
-
Near the end of the practice, I will create a sound and vibrational experience using my hand-made Himalayan Singing Bowls.
-
As the practice comes to an end, we come back to the intention we set at the beginning of class, and then slowly start waking up the body.

Such a privilege and a honor to break bread with these beautiful souls. Suren thank you for being such a wonderful teacher and friend. I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom that you so kindly share with the world regarding sound. And it's always a pleasure to hang out with my sweet sister from another mother Andrea, my sister in sound.

Such an honor and pleasure to be given the opportunity to co-create a sacred space where people could come together collectively, take a moment to slow down so they could tune in to see, hear and feel what is needed to elevate themselves on a spiritual, emotional and physical level. It always such an honor and privilege to work along side my amazing teacher Suren and these wonderful women.🙏🏾♥️🙏🏾

It was time for a weekend reboot. By that I mean, I planned my weekend with things that would nourish me.
I began with a energy healing session before I headed out to Colorado. Since it snowed, I decided to stay the night so I could travel in daylight.
Saturday evening I attend the "Cloud of Sound Meditation Concert." What a treat! It began with kirtan and the rest of the concert was filled with sound, vibration, singing and love. It was wonderful!

It had been a while since I had participated in a meditation concert, it reminded me how short these concerts feel. They are super relaxing and awesome. The next day I drove back to Wyoming and in the evening, I participated in the Windy Moon Sangha.

Wow, this weekend was filled with much needed time to pour into me. I finally felt refreshed. Apparently it showed in my demeanor as I had a couple of friends comment about my appearance.

This is a picture of everyone who participated in the meditation concert Sunday.

Take time for you, it makes all the difference. You are worth it, your family is worth it.

What is the last thing you did for yourself to fill up your cup?
