Hi, I’m Em 🩵

If you’re new around here, welcome! I’m the face behind EHC, a qualified personal trainer and coach with 10+ years in the fitness industry, an FMG athlete, and someone who genuinely believes that you can achieve pretty much anything you set your mind to with the right tools, guidance and people in your corner.

That’s where I come in.

I don’t believe there’s one perfect way to train, eat or approach your health and fitness. What works for one person might be completely wrong for another, which is why everything I do is tailored around the individual.

Your goals, your lifestyle, your experience, your preferences and, importantly, what you need from me at that particular stage of your journey.

Sometimes you need someone to hold you accountable, push you harder and tell you to stop making excuses.

And sometimes you need someone who can help you find balance, work around dinners out, holidays, birthdays and a busy social life, while still moving you forward.

I can be your 100% all-in coach, or I can help you find your flow. There’s a time and place for both.

My goal isn’t just to get you from A to B. I want to give you the knowledge, confidence, habits and tools to understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, so that you can eventually navigate life feeling capable of looking after yourself without constantly needing to start again.

Whether you want to change your body, get stronger, feel confident in the gym, improve your relationship with food, build better habits or simply become the best version of yourself, I’m here to help you figure out what you need to get there.

EHC offers 1:1 online coaching, in-person personal training and personalised training programs, all built around YOU.

So if you’ve been thinking about working together, send me a DM for an obligation free chat to see if working together may be just what you need to unlock your next level ✨

There’s something so special about finding your people through something you love 🤍

Women who push you, hype you up, make you laugh between sets & make showing up feel like the easiest thing in the world.

So grateful for the friendships I’ve found through training.🫶🏼

Love my home @atomic_gym , everyone in it & all the my girls who come train here with me 🏠🥲

18 month transformation.
The goal: to learn and grow.
The process: learning and growing.
The outcome: having learnt and grown.

Because the greatest reward of personal growth isn’t the outcome it’s who you become along the way 💪
