For the Cancer/Pisces/Virgo: aka the intuitive, overthinking, emotionally-lubricated powerhouses: Spoiler alert: it’s rarely cake, balloons, and spontaneous orgasms, for us water signs and Virgo placements, it’s more like deep soul excavation, spreadsheets of feelings, and spiritual contractions before the rebirth.

Every damn year, like clockwork, your birthday rolls around, a reflective mirror, a cosmic clipboard: “Please assess your life, your choices, your lovers, your spreadsheets, and that thing you still haven’t healed from 2017.”

It can feel like a buzzkill when everyone’s like “Happy Birthday!!! 🥳” and you’re busy having a full-blown emotional excavation. Subconscious is quietly tapping, “Do you even want to be this version of yourself anymore? And you have known for months deep down the answer is, NO, on to the next!”

The past three years I have climbed rocks on my birthday. Nature. No cell service. Lots of grunting and emotional metaphors. I’m off-grid with people I love, sweating out the old story and seducing the new one. I respond to birthday texts the next day, because the actual day? That’s me time, baby. Me, my body, my breath, and my next-year blueprint.

The last two weeks have been the most astro-orgasmic window of the year, and I used it.

I touched everything I want to grow this year...Real estate moves. Stock market foreplay. Relationship shifts, some love notes, some breakups, some “thank you for your time, but this is no longer for me.

Cancerian energy is a whole thing. It whispers: “Feel everything. Deeply. Get wet. Emotionally. But don’t assume your feelings should be driving the full course correction.”

Emotions are very valid, but they’re not always a strategy.

We sit with it. We watch it undress. We ask it questions. We let it form into truth, or fizzle out like a horny thought you never texted about. Either way: it’s data.

That big “THIS IS IT” feeling turns out to be a cosmic kink, not a calling. And sometimes the soft whisper is actually the most powerful “fuck yes” you’ll hear all year!

Trust the timing. Trust your gut. Trust the slow burn. Give your solar return the intimacy it deserves.

Been pretty busy being a dad these days but have been finally finishing up some projects… it’s hard to find motivation these days on the climbing content I turn 40 in 4 days and unfortunately climbing videos and pictures is no way to support a family at this stage in my life. I have always thought of myself as an outsider that tricked everyone into thinking I was good at this stuff, the truth is I feel incredibly lucky since I might be the biggest super fan of rock climbing and I got to witness some stuff that very few climbing fans get the honor to see… I owe all of this to @bradgobright if it wasn’t for him giving me a chance none of this would have happened, i wouldn’t have been part of the USA’s first v17 or been involved in a @reelrock movie, gotten my picture on the cover of a magazine, or made my own movie of one of the people I watched countless videos of in my apartment in Washington DC . I’m excited to put out a video that is just about loving climbing and getting scared on death boulders with @wb_heart_137 & @atopthebones and the time I spent Hueco which ended up being one of the last stops on my seemingly endless dirtbag journey that has finally come to a end with the birth of my amazing daughter Luna… check link in bio for hueco X rated: welcome to hell paso… hail satan 👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹👹

The YankNYard is over and it feels like the day after Christmas- how long until next year? I love the peeps the most. I got to podium because no one else in my age/gender group. Brendan got first overall for citizens, and Ben Hanna got second in the pro comp. Stone Age did an amazing job and thanks to @adrenalinejerry and Souz for the photos.
