Gratitude comes as you verbalize and write your gratitude down. It can be the most random things, but when you feel grateful it’s really hard to feel sad at the same time.

The videos that didn’t get text…

I was grateful for friends that make me laugh and sit with me during the craziest rain storm

I was also grateful for my dance family and that we get to serve together to people in our community

What are you grateful for?

Be YOU…the world will adjust

The right people will find you and you’ll find them.

But the more you hide yourself the less you’ll love the world around you.

It all happened so fast…

One minute I’m driving to Salt Lake to go to a concert with my friends

Next minute I’m told we are doing the meet and greet

The next minute we’re asked if we want to do the With love dance on stage with her

The next minute we’re doing it all and all that could think was “I am just so grateful I’m here to experience this”

@hilaryduff and I are only a few days apart in age and I have always been in awe of how many dreams she went and chased. She’s never been my hero for her fame or fortune but for always showing up and doing the hard thing.

She took years away from the stage and feared she wouldn’t be accepted back.

I took years away from dancing and feared I’d never return the same.

It was so beautiful to hear her talk about that fear and being able to relate to it so well.

I’m so proud of her and all that she is doing and the beautiful story she is sharing.

I am so grateful I showed up and took the time to have this experience. I will be forever changed.

Thank you to @thetiabeestokes for having such cool friends and for sharing this moment with me that we will talk about forever!

Thank you to @ator_chaos for being my hype girl always and having this experience with me!

And thank you to @hilarydufftour for creating such an incredible concert!

WHAT A FREAKING NIGHT!!!

Take the chance!

Do the crazy dance!
