You don’t build a brand like @serhant . by accident. I finally had the chance to meet @ryanserhant this week, and naturally, we ended up talking marketing. Ryan might be known for selling some of the most expensive real estate in the world, but I’d argue he’s just as good at marketing as he is at selling homes. He understands something a lot of businesses still struggle with. Attention is valuable. But knowing what to do with that attention is where the real magic happens. As someone who’s spent his career in marketing, it’s always fun to talk shop with someone who’s built a brand at that level. Real estate and of course @lindasalkowrealestate brought us into the same room. Marketing gave us something to talk about. Pretty cool experience.

@ryanserhant doesn’t just show up to things. Someone once told me that getting on Ryan’s calendar is nearly impossible unless it’s something he genuinely cares about. And I believe it. Between opening new offices, expanding into new markets, and building one of the most talked-about brands in real estate, his schedule is anything but open. Which is why it meant so much to have him join us for an intimate VIP event I hosted at one of my current listings in @desertmountainclub He didn’t have to be there. But he made the time. To connect with people. To have real conversations. To show up for the people who are helping build the brand alongside him. That says a lot about the kind of leader he is. I’m proud to be part of @serhant . and even more excited about where we’re headed. Thank you, Ryan, for making Desert Mountain a priority. It was a special evening.

📰 @ecore_summit Executive Media Feature Huge thanks to Tamara Bellamy @builtamericamag for featuring me alongside my friends Kristina Berano and Rena Kliot in the Women's Building the Future edition, launched at the Florida Building Material Association's Women's Summit. That same drive to move past surface-level presence and command the room is exactly what we are bringing to the table this falrcial real estate owner-operators and family offices, major asset acquisition and long-term equity performance aren't built on business card collections; they’re engineered through high-stakes partnerships, absolute transparency on risk tolerance, and knowing the numbers inside and out. We’re heading to Miami this October 26–28 to bring together multifamily heavyweights, elite portfolio operators, capital sources, and true power players for experiential, high-impact deal-making. If you're ready to stop waiting for an invite, walk in with authority, and align with decision-makers who actually move the market, I’ll see you there. Secure your spot before registration closes: https://lnkd.in/eFmW7EUN #eCoreSummit #CommercialRealEstate #RealEstateDevelopment #Multifamily FamilyOffices CRE DealMakers Partnerships

Ai didn’t make you a better marketer… if anything, it made you faster at putting out mediocre sh*t.

I love when this happens. You meet someone new, start talking business, and realize they’ve worked with people in your circle. Yes, I know a lot of people. But my actual circle? Pretty damn small. So when I connected with another business owner who had worked closely with TWO people I know and trust, I was genuinely pumped. Business is a very small world. And your reputation usually gets there before you do. That’s why relationships matter so much.

Someone recently told me, “You guys are so good at content…we see you everywhere.” Which is funny, because our “strategy” is way less sophisticated than people think. We basically: 1. Post a lot of sh*t, knowing the majority will flop. 2. When something works, we do more of it. 3. When it stops working, we try a bunch of new content until something hits again. That’s it. Most brands don’t have a content problem. They have a volume problem. They spend so much time trying to create the perfect post that they never create enough posts to figure out what actually works. Stop trying to predict attention. Just put it out. See what earns attention. Then do more of that. As my good friend @andrewgstern says “do it again, do it better”

It’s really too easy. Set the phone up and press record …. It’s that simple. #marketing #content

Nobody is watching you as closely as you think they are. That thing you’re nervous to post. The business you’re scared to start. The trip that makes no sense to anyone else. The career move people might question. The weird idea you can’t stop thinking about. We spend so much time worrying about what everyone else is going to think. Meanwhile, everyone else is busy worrying about what everyone else thinks about them. It’s actually pretty freeing when you realize that. Wear the thing. Post the video. Book the flight. Start the business. Change your mind. Be a little weird. Do more of the shit you actually want to do. Most people won’t notice. Some people won’t get it. And a few will probably talk shit. Who cares. They’re not the ones who have to live your life.
