Breakfast in Sicily was a morning we won’t forget.

To every guest, sponsor, donor, volunteer and friend who made it possible, grazie. Your generosity will help provide transportation, mental health support and essential resources to families with a baby in the NICU.

We were proud to honor Tubby Todd with the 2026 Joan Waitt Philanthropist of the Year Award and to welcome Chris Anthony as our keynote speaker.

Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday for our girl! Rain was in the forecast, but the squishies said partyttyyy!! It cleared up right before the first guest arrived, and the weather ended up perfect for her squishy dumpling 8th birthday party and even got some jacuzzi time!

Aperol spritzes flowed, and a room full of women in lemons, Sicilian prints, and roses showed up for something bigger than a pretty brunch. This was Breakfast in Sicily, benefiting Miracle Babies, the San Diego nonprofit that supports families through the NICU with transportation, mental health support, care packages, and a community that holds them up when they need it most. 💛⁣

From the sun soaked arrival to the paddles flying in the live auction, every moment was dressed in Sicilian charm and powered by purpose.⁣

And I have to say it: I am so proud of my bestie @attorneymarj the founder of Miracle Babies. She turned a vision into a movement that has given hope to so many families in their hardest days. Watching her bring this community together is a gift. Marjan, you are a miracle maker. 🤍⁣ ily
