10 years.

if you know me at all you know that cheerleading has shaped every aspect of my life and made me who i am today. i have poured every ounce of my being into this sport.

to my teammates, you girls are truly such hardworking and talented people and i would not have wanted to take the mat with anyone else. yall have had the biggest impact on my life and each of you hold a special place in my heart.

to coach butner, thank you. thank you for seeing what i couldn’t see in myself. you have pushed me and stretched me beyond limits and for that i am thankful. you have been there for me during the hardest times in my life in ways that no one else could. thank you for just being you.

to elvis and davon, i truly wouldn’t have wanted to cheer under anyone else. yall have mastered the craft of coaching so well and it has been a blessing and honor to be yalls athletes. thank you for everything

this weekend was hard knowing it was my last time out on that mat but i am excited to see where this adventure takes me next. TYJ for the ups and downs through this roller coaster and thank You for being my constant through it all 💙🤍

FOR YOURS IS THE KINGDOM, AND THE POWER, AND THE GLORY, FOREVER. AMEN,

TYJ for NV summer camp 2025. This week is unlike anything i get to experience on this earth. God has moved in my life as well as the hundreds of other teenagers who were there for one purpose: to grow closer to the Lord. I wish everyone could experience this week because my God is alive and He loves you.
Luke 17: 20-21 says “Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them, ‘the kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you”
The kingdom of God is His redemptive and restorative power! Jesus laid His life down and took on our sins so that we may join the kingdom of God. This week I have watched people’s eternities be changed and there is nothing more beautiful than that.
