Meet Aubrey Hanse — Tru Ride Instructor
🗓️ Mondays at 4:30 & 5:45pm
📚 3rd Grade Math & Science Teacher
🎓 Texas A&M University
📲 @aubreyshanse

What is your favorite thing about being a RIDE instructor at TF?
“What I love most about RIDE at TF is the freedom to make it completely my own. I get to choose the music, the choreography, and the intensity—and that creative control lets me build an experience that feels true to me. RIDE is high-energy, loud, and challenging. The challenge brings people together, and it’s powerful to grow alongside the riders who keep showing up and pushing limits with me.”

What advice would you give to a new RIDE instructor?
“The most important thing you can do as a new instructor is to be yourself. Create the kind of space you’d want to work out in—one that reflects your energy, your style, and your passion. The beauty of group fitness is that no two instructors are the same, and that’s what makes it special. People are drawn to the environment you create. So lean into what makes you unique. When you show up authentically, everything else falls into place—and your people will find you.”

What message do you have for people attending your class?
“I design every class the way I’d want to experience it—challenging, empowering, and just outside your comfort zone. My goal isn’t perfection; it’s progress. I see each ride as a training session, a chance to push limits and grow stronger—physically and mentally. I know my classes are tough, but that’s because I believe in the potential of every rider who walks through the door. I’m not here to make it easy—I’m here to make you see what you can do.”
