You’re not lazy. You’re exhausted from always being “on.”
You’re not unmotivated. You’re in survival mode.
You’re not broken. You’re dysregulated.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed, your brain shuts down the parts responsible for focus, motivation, and most importantly, presence.

As an ex college athlete who struggled with emotional regulation and perfectionism, these tools were transformational and became my anchor when faced with adversities.

🫸🏼: Before you push harder, pause. Breathe. Reflect. Reset.
💡: Try this: Box Breathing - Inhale 4, Hold 4, Exhale 4, Hold 4. Repeat x5
🤎: Save this for when you’re mentally drained but blaming yourself.
