Summer recap!🦋🌷 See you soon ttown!

“Behold our shield, O God; look on the face of your anointed! For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭84‬:‭9‬-‭12‬

This past week, I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on all that the Lord has shown me and taught me over the past eight weeks at the Ridge. To think that He would choose to use me as a vessel for His kingdom.

I am so unworthy of this calling, yet my Father is faithful. He cares so deeply for His children, and His grace is sufficient. Looking back on these past weeks, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for His faithfulness, His patience, and the privilege of being a small part of what He is doing at the Ridge. Words can’t describe how special this place is to me !!!!!! go read psalm 84 right now !!!

Revelation 4:11 - You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things, and by Your will they were created and have their being. 🇺🇸🇧🇸

To be poured out!!! To be emptied and to come to the end of ourselves!!! Such beautiful things in the eyes of our Lord because in this desperation we find complete dependence on him. And through it he lovingly provides a strength much greater than our own and a joy that cannot be dimmed!!! Philippians 2:17!!!

Humbled to both witness and experience this kind of incomprehensible love. These past 7 weeks are evidence of the Lord’s unique and steadfast pursuit of every single one of his children individually. And the best part is that he still isn’t done chasing after us! He will always continue to pursue & save & refine & captivate hearts! Forever praise!!!

“If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.” 1 Corinthians 13:3
