Went outside for a quick 1.5-mile run in my FitBoots, and let me tell you… these boots really do take a lot of the impact off my body when I’m running on hard pavement. 🙌🏾

Everything was going great until I looked over and saw my shadow. 🤣🤣🤣 Why did it look like I was moving in slow motion?! And don’t even get me started on how these shorts looked in my shadow… absolutely disrespectful. 😂😂

But then I reminded myself of something: it’s not about how fast you finish something worth doing. It’s about showing up, finishing, and feeling proud of yourself when it’s done. ❤️

So whether you’re moving fast, moving slow, or your shadow is out here exposing you… keep going. Every step counts. 💪🏾✨
