HUGE thank you to my duet partner Audrey! We’ve been working on this piece exhausted from life. Experiencing the growing pains of being great and being women! I’m proud of us for bringing this to the stage and for absolutely SLAYING up there💗

(Our Hip Hop/Modern duet is about being busy women who are friends but get stuck in the flow of life and drift apart. But no matter what we go thru we can come back together and have each others backs👯‍♀️)

Thailand will forever be a pillar in my growth. From five weeks in a traditional Thai massage school, to every adventure in between and around it. I’m so grateful to be able to travel, and for all of the people met and memories made.

At our most recent performance for St. Pete Pride, our dedicated dancers had the pleasure of performing alongside the talented members of @untouchable_usf and @unstoppable_usf . The ambience of good energy among the organizations during practice was top-tier, showcasing nothing but positive spirits and the purest synergy. We couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to perform alongside them. We all enjoyed each other’s company and would definitely do it all over again.

Our performance last week at St. Pete Pride, as an organization, we’re so appreciative of all those who participated. The vibes and chemistry were fantastic at practice, which made the development process an enjoyable breeze. Despite the obstacles we faced that day, from the summer heat to the surprise of our mix being sped up and having to move our performance from the intended stage to the dirt, we locked in and did our thing. Forever proud and grateful for this roster of people. -Malik

🌿Bali Retreat September 2024. Only a year later 😅 What a special trip with very special people. I flew out of the country for my first time by myself, hardly knowing anyone, and came back with a whole family. I am forever grateful I said yes to my destiny of meeting these beautiful souls and everything I experienced here. Swinging & zip lining in the rice terraces, cleansing in the most magical sacred water temple, strengthening our magical gifts, making Balinese flower offerings, sound healing, honoring the pisces full moon, lotss of readings, learning herbal remedies. Good conversation, good food, endless giggles and cries ✨ Thank you thank you muah. This trip shifted something for me and has made this last year such a crazy and amazing ride. Love you Bali fam, to more retreats! Sorry if I forgot to tag anyone 😭
