My first time hearing a crowd get hype for the Creston 😂 I had an amazing time being on faculty for my 3rd year at the Kansas City Saxophone workshop! I taught but also learned so much. Special thanks to: - Chad Lilley for letting me play a duo with you, for your saxophone tips, and for the masterful hangs as always - Aislinn Jackary for hosting a faculty hang at your house and letting your husband show me the art of swordsmanship ⚔️ - Dawson Coleman for your saxophone technique tips, filming videos for us all week, and for showing me how to get maxed out on RuneScape 🤯 - Zach Shemon for having me at the workshop, filming 3 new YouTube videos with me, and answering all of my nerdy saxophone questions during our drive to the airport - Hannah Hickman for being a great person + player and for updating me on the lore of Taylor Swift - Michael Shults for playing a duo with me and taking me to a cool Kansas gig where we sat in and played some more tunes - Jonathon Nickell for hosting me at your house and making things as easy as possible - & To all of the students at the workshop - you all are awesome and incredible players!! I’m feeling more motivated than ever. Hope to see you all again soon!!
