Today 1 Marlborough opens its presentation gallery to members of the local community for the first time. We’re proud at @nkpr.inc to celebrate this milestone with our client partners, @dorsaydevelopment and @devrondevelopments. 🖤

Located where Rosedale and Summerhill meet, this collection of residences brings together so much of what I love about real estate: beautiful architecture, thoughtful design and a meaningful connection to the neighbourhood.

What makes this address especially interesting is its history. Originally a Pierce-Arrow automobile showroom and later home to CBC studios, the heritage building is beginning a new chapter. Making it even more special for me is having our client partner @audax.ca behind the architecture and interiors. Architect Gianpiero Pugliese and his team are thoughtfully restoring its distinctive arches and stonework, carrying that architectural character into the new design.

With residences ranging from 2,000 to over 8,000 square feet, generous proportions and beautifully considered interiors, there’s a timelessness to the vision that really resonates with me. I love seeing projects that honour Toronto’s history while contributing something beautiful to its future.

Congratulations to the entire team on this milestone. To learn more or book a private appointment, visit 1marlborough.com. 🖤

Episode 2: The History of 1 Marlborough

100 years of history. One iconic address.

Before 1 Marlborough became what it is today, it was home to the iconic Pierce-Arrow showroom and later CBC Radio: two chapters that helped shape the story of this corner of Toronto.

In this conversation, Pouyan Safapour of Devron Developments and lead architect, Gianpiero Pugliese (@audax.ca), share what it means to take on a site with this kind of legacy and the responsibility of carrying it forward.
