Transform the fear into a dance of opportunities. This is some shots from our Last Retreat in @asiliyogacenter.
This time the workshop of slackline and balance was more interactive to invite participants to explore working with partners and learning how to build trust with unknown people and situations.

Let Us know if you would like to be part of our NEXT RETREAT and get to know more about balance and other aspects of movement.

Comment “Balance” and you will benefit from Early bird discounts as well.

@1ofthe11 - thank you for the beautiful video 🎥

In tribute to International Day of Yoga 2025 and the global theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” we gathered at the iconic Dubai Frame at sunrise to create a human frame through yoga.

A living symbol of unity, balance, and breath. As the first light touched the city, our bodies moved as one, reflecting harmony between people and planet. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🌅

Making yoga a movement. Making wellness contagious.

There is a little princess yogini 🧚‍♀️in this picture, who proved a simple truth for me one more time - Kids are natural at practicing #yoga! You can object and say, that #kids are lighter and more flexible, that's why it's easier for them. Yes, but there is so much more you can learn from your kid:
1. Kids do things because they like them, but not because they have to do them.
2. Kids do things which make them feel good👍
3. Kids don't have any expectations about their practice, they just do it.
4. Kids don't care how they look when they do poses.
5. Kids are not afraid to look silly🤪
6. Kids are very excited to try new things.
7. Kids are not afraid to fail (cause look n.3).
8. Kids do not plan ahead of how their practice will be in a week, a month, a year.
9. If they feel tired, they give their body a rest😴
We should all try to be Kids sometimes 🤸‍♀️
