Ever wondered what it’s like playing me in pickleball?🥰🤭 We have some really fun competitive action! First time being called “Auntie” 🤣🤣 With all of AUNTIE’s quick sprints, lateral movements, and constant lunging… AUNTIE was demanding A LOT from her muscles. That’s why I use XS Muscle Multiplier to support my muscle recovery and help my body keep up with the demands of the game. #pickleball #sarcasm #pickleballislife #muscle #muscles

Here is some “high level” play you requested @audreypaiva.pb! 🤭🤣 We like to have fun! Why is strength and recovery so important..? Just look at the movements from first point alone. - squatting - lateral movements - shifting your weight quickly side to side - over head leaps - quickly shifting your weight forwards and backwards - balance and stability With this amount of impact, you have to train, recover, and support your joints for these movements. Comment “RECOVER” if you want to know what helps this 30+ year old continue to whoop up on these ladies! 😎🫶🏽 #pickleball
