Just a tiny bit of Nantucket and a map when it was in progress. Now installed in its forever home.
On the wish list were 3 sailboats off of Nantucket.
The initials of each of the children were added to each sailboat.
I painted these with black glaze and fired in my kiln. Anything is possible. 🎨

Would you like to add a little blue and white to your coastal kitchen? Or do you think you are part pirate? You can create something custom for your kitchen or bath.
This is a tile mural was created for a Nantucket homeowner with ties to the historical Ernestina sailing ship. On the wish list a view of Nantucket inspired by a hand crafted whales tooth.
I painted the tiles with glazes and fired several times on my kiln.
Anything is possible.

Best dressed floral team? I think so. Dinner party dreams…even on a soggy summer night. Loved celebrating bestie birthday with the @nantucketcateringcompany A team - and friends - and always ending with late night @codenamesgame of course. #party #flowers #food

Hey, hi, hello! I’ve been MIA for a bit. I have SO much to share, and I promise I will. But for now, let’s just say something was photographed and someone was videoed! 🙃

For now, here’s one more favorite from the Nantucket by Design home tours. *Not my best photography, but I was moving quickly.

This home, designed by Audrey Sterk, felt fresh, fun, and completely designed with family in mind.

The kitchen was expansive, with a built-in breakfast nook that instantly made me imagine slow summer mornings and a house full of people. It felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.

My favorite detail, though, was the dining room. Audrey designed the wallpaper herself, (zoom in-it’s so beautiful) and it completely stole the show. It was creative, nostalgic , and one of those details that makes a home unforgettable.

And the star stair runner. If you know, you know. 😉✨

I also loved the mix of styles throughout the home. The classic dining room paired with the more transitional kitchen gave it a layered, collected feel without feeling too formal.

The entire house captured what I love so much about Nantucket. Fresh. Relaxed. Family-centered. Classic, but never stuffy.

I’m so grateful I had the chance to tour these beautiful homes and can’t wait to share the last one (it may be my favorite!)!

XO,
H.S

Midsummer is here—where the best place to be is with your face in the wind, riding the waves, and diving into the sea. These sea-inspired spaces give all things sun-kissed and whimsical, collected and carefully curated.
