👻 THINGS YOU SHOULD GHOST THIS OCTOBER… REAL ESTATE EDITION! 🎃🏡

October is spooky season, and I’m here to tell you that some things absolutely deserve to be ghosted! 😂

👻 Your ex! Let’s be real… some doors are better left closed! 🚪🤣

👻 Zestimates! Because Zillow has never stepped foot inside your house, so why are we letting it decide what it’s worth?

👻 Waiting for the PERFECT interest rate! You could be waiting longer than your ex waited to apologize! 😂

👻 Skipping your preapproval! Falling in love with a house before knowing your budget? Now THAT’S a horror story! 😱

👻 Waiting until spring to buy or sell! Opportunities don’t disappear just because the leaves are falling!

👻 Bad real estate advice from your cousin’s neighbor’s best friend’s uncle! Everybody’s suddenly a real estate expert! 🤣

👻 Lenders who take three business days to respond! Communication matters, especially when your dream home is on the line!

🚨 BUT ONE THING YOU SHOULD NEVER GHOST? YOUR REALTOR! 🚨

Seriously, if your plans change, your budget changes, or you just need a break, TELL ME! I promise I won’t haunt you! 👻😂

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just thinking about it, I’m always happy to help!

Now tell me… what’s ONE thing you’re ghosting this October? 👇🤣

🎃👻 Just a Realtor having a little Halloween fun! 🏡😂

Who needs to buy a Halloween costume when you have AI and way too much time on your hands?! 🤣

I started with one picture, and before I knew it, I was SOLD, UNDER CONTRACT, FOR SALE, PRICE REDUCED… and apparently accepting MULTIPLE OFFERS! 😂

AI is seriously way too much fun! One minute I’m working in real estate, and the next I’m dressing up as the entire housing market! 🤣

I may be having a little too much fun with this, but hey, you have to enjoy the little things in life!

Now the big question… WHICH COSTUME IS YOUR FAVORITE?! 🎃👇

And remember, Halloween may be scary, but buying or selling a home doesn’t have to be when you have the right Realtor! 😉🏡

🔥 The energy I bring to my clients? UNMATCHED! 🏡💃

When it comes to real estate, I don’t do anything halfway!

I bring the ENERGY, the KNOWLEDGE, the COMMITMENT, and maybe just a little bit of crazy enthusiasm! 😂

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, downsizing, or relocating, I’m giving you 110% from our first conversation to the closing table!

I’m talking late-night questions, last-minute showings, negotiating like it’s my own money, solving problems, and celebrating every little victory along the way! 🙌

Because my clients aren’t just another transaction to me. Their goals become MY goals, and you better believe I’m showing up ready to make things happen!

Big energy. Big commitment. Big results. 💥

That’s what you get when you work with me!

😂🏡 Well, the home inspector wasn’t impressed with the fire alarm, but I personally think it’s POPPIN’! 🍿🤣

Forget the smoke detectors… this house comes with a built-in snack system! 🔥😂

And honestly, with today’s home prices, I appreciate a seller who throws in a little something extra! 🤣

All jokes aside, PLEASE don’t try this at home! A Jiffy Pop pan is NOT a smoke detector. 😂

What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen in someone’s house? 👀

Well, I’m off to get my nails done and do a little fall shopping! 💅🍂🎃

Do I need anything? Absolutely not.
Do I have money to be out shopping? Also no.
But am I going to let a little thing like my bank account ruin my day? HELL NO! 😂

I deserve pretty nails, a cute fall outfit, a pumpkin-scented candle, and probably 47 other things I didn’t know I needed until I walked into the store. 🤣

My bank account says STAY HOME, but my heart says TREAT YOURSELF, GIRL! 💃

Besides, I’m not spending money… I’m supporting the economy. You’re welcome, America! 🇺🇸😂

Anybody else out here shopping on hopes, dreams, and a prayer? Or am I the only financially irresponsible fall-loving queen today? 🤣🍁

🚨 POV: You call me and say you’re ready to LIST YOUR HOUSE! 🏡💨

ME: “OMG! Absolutely! Let me check my schedule.”

ALSO ME: Already in the car, taking corners on two wheels, GPS screaming “RECALCULATING!” 😂🚗💨

Listen, when you say you’re ready to sell, I don’t waste time! 🤣

You call. I’m on my way! 🏎️💨

Disclaimer: I promise I drive like a normal human being. Mostly. 😂

Yep… interest rates went up.

But before you decide that means you need to put your home search on hold, hear me out.

A change in rates doesn’t always mean it’s a bad time to buy. While some buyers may decide to sit back and wait, that can also mean less competition for the homes that are available.

And remember—you’re not necessarily married to your interest rate forever. If rates come down in the future, refinancing may be an option.

The better question isn’t, “What are rates doing?”

It’s “Does buying a home make sense for ME right now?”

That answer is different for everyone, and sometimes the numbers work better than you think.

Thinking about buying in South Jersey but worried about the rate?

Send me a message. Let’s look at your situation, your budget, and what’s available before you decide to wait.
