A little glimpse of what’s to come. ✨

Our Moonlight & Feathers Gala gave us a beautiful first look at the season ahead, with moments from works you’ll be seeing on stage throughout the year.

And if you’re ready for what’s next, two of these works are coming very soon in Changeling on October 23–24 at Moody Performance Hall: I Buried Her in the Dark by Company Dancer Alayna Wong and Changeling by Company Dancer Sam Jones.

Consider this your sneak peek. We’ll see you at the theater. 🖤

Consistent relevés, stronger foundations ✨

In Miss Audy’s class, our dancers are building posture, alignment, and ankle stability one relevé at a time.

These small, intentional exercises create the strength and stability that support everything we do here at Rogue. ❤️🖤

POV: You dance at Rogue 💃❤️🖤

A lot of giggles, a little bit of sweat, lots of hard work, SO much fun, and a whole lot of dancing. ✨

Because the best days at the studio are the ones where you work hard, laugh even harder, and leave feeling inspired to keep going. ❤️🖤

Start our week with some ABCs! 🩰✨

In Miss. Audy’s pre-pointe class, our dancers are working on strengthening their ankles and building those all-important intrinsic muscles in their feet with their ABC exercises. Stronger feet, stronger ankles, stronger dancers! 💪🏼

Here’s to an incredible week at Rogue! ❤️🖤

One last look at Sunrise before the light changes. 🌅

The first chapter of Rhythm of the Earth brought us warmth, color and light.

Tomorrow, the sun sets.

✨ Technique Tuesday with Miss Audy ✨

Today’s lesson: don’t rush those Theraband exercises! 👀

Miss Audy is breaking down the importance of fully articulating through the foot, keeping those toes, ankles, and knees aligned, and making sure we’re not letting those feet sickle.

Slow, controlled, intentional. Because the little details matter. 🩰❤️🖤
