I made this as a free printable in honour of #ThinkingOfYouWeek, inspired by the colours from the UK based website. Head over to my blog (link in bio) to download the full size to print. Hope you like it!

During the lockdown, I took some time for myself to focus on different things. However, blogging and social media is two of the things that I love. So, as such, it only made sense to return to both. This is all part of the plan to spend more time doing a lot of positive activities to combat the impact of isolation and also practice more self-care. One of the activities I've been doing is using the @Procreate app to play around with lettering.

That moment went you're scrolling through the London Stationery Show website and then do a double take after spotting yourself. Clearly in concentration in this photo, attending one of the amazing workshops held at the show. They are one of my favourite reasons to go! This one looks like it's the manuscript workshop.

Today I attended a free event that might actually be life-changing. I went to a #TodayatApple event, at a London Apple Store for The Big Draw. Swipe to see my art. Read below for full story. .
Liz Atkin spoke about her condition, sharing her story. As she spoke, I realised some things were very relatable. She raised awareness of compulsive behaviours and mental health - like compulsive skin picking. .
I don't have it to the same extent, by any means. But I often scratch and pick when I'm bored, anxious, worried and things do get worse when my mental health gets worse. Listening to Liz made me realise how often I do it. I caught myself doing it a lot whilst listening to her. .
@Apple gave us an iPad to play with, using @Procreate and an Apple pencil (perhaps my favourite Apple product ever) and honestly... I got so focused into the art that I didn't feel the need to scratch or pick. I could have drawn for a lot longer, if we had time. It was so nice. .
I used a @pandocruises advert to draw, mostly because I love being outdoors and I've always wanted to go on one of them. It was kind of a way of focusing on selfcare. I drew for myself. .
And then, somehow, I found myself looking at a giant version of my art in store. Never thought I would see anything I made in such a scale. .
A huge thank you to Liz @Liz_atkin for raising awareness of these important conditions and for also giving me a potential outlet. I haven't tried to make art in this style but it really was quite relaxing.

I'm currently travelling, which is why I'm quiet on social media and my blog right now. I'll share a few pictures from the trip soon! For now, I'm relaxing and enjoying my week off.
P.S. I'm super happy to say that this travel tag I made went through checked luggage and made it out alive! I'll have to make some more when I'm back. I might make a few for my blog readers or followers - would anyone want one?

This is a photo before pen, obviously! It's a little more full now that I have added my handwriting and some additional stickers to it. But I'm loving the second half of this week, which is full of foiled stickers and super cute chibis! I love how the chibis instantly tell me what I need to do before I've even put pen to paper.
