I am not sure how I go back to my life after this week.

I was in Tulum with @soulrender_wellness_collective on a retreat, and one of the things they built into it was a service day. One group went to an orphanage and painted a mural. The rest of us bagged food and sorted donations and handed it out with @feedtulum , which meant standing in front of people, face to face, hand to hand. Not dropping a box off and driving away.

No proper plumbing. No running water. No school. Not enough food.

They have a word for September there. Septihambre. Septiembre and hambre, hunger, in one word, because September is the month the work runs out and the food runs out with it.

That is the part that broke my heart. Not that it was hard. That it has a name.

Waking up where I wake up is a blessing. How I live is a blessing on top of a blessing. I was humbled all the way down, and I will never hold what I have the same way again.

I have picked up traveling these last few years and I loved every trip. However, I never once went looking for the part of a place that wasn’t built for me, and I never gave anything back to the places that gave me so much. That is on me. It is also what I am changing.

Wherever I go from here, I want the whole of it. Not only the parts society has decided are beautiful. The human connection, the laughter, the giving back. Those are the beautiful parts.

Life recently. A mix of lots of tacos 🌮 , 5k runs I never wanted to do in the first place 😅, being humbled at Calisthenics (every session), having another year of birthday 🎂 celebrations, making new friends while learning to say goodbye to other ones, visiting beautiful places and truly learning to live each day as it comes! 🙏🏼(…Obviously also partying a bit in between!)

The magic is in the process.

So many people wait until they feel ready, confident, stronger, healthier, more disciplined.

But growth doesn’t work that way.

You don’t become an expert before you begin.
You become one because you begin.

Start somewhere.
Start with baby steps.
Start by simply showing up for yourself, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Start by choosing one better habit.
One walk.
One workout.
One mindful breath.
One intentional decision.

Small steps, repeated consistently, compound into real transformation.

And just as important… surround yourself with people who are choosing growth too.
People who make wellness a lifestyle.
People who challenge you to level up simply by the way they live.

Because environment matters.
Energy matters.
Community matters.

At SOULRENDER, we believe transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens side by side.
Through reminders.
Through reflection.
Through intentional action.

We’re here to walk with you.
To be your mirror when you forget who you are.
To remind you to rise.
To choose yourself.
To become deeply intentional about the life you want to live.

Focus on the process.
The results will follow. ✨

Today’s event brought all the energy and vibes we absolutely love. ✨

Watching this community organically unfold has been such a beautiful thing. Real connections. Real conversations. People showing up exactly as they are and simply enjoying wellness, movement, and meaningful connection together.

We feel incredibly blessed to be a vessel that gets to hold space for this community. 🤍 This is exactly why SOULRENDER exists, to create spaces where people feel welcomed, energized, and connected.

Keep an eye out for our next event!

Wellness doesn’t start outside… it begins at home.

We didn’t just move from California to Florida… we made a decision to redesign our life with intention.
To slow down. To realign. To choose what truly mattered.

We became intentional about everything…
the spaces we live in,
the energy we allow,
the people we surround ourselves with,
and the environment we wake up to every single day.

We live by a simple motto…
if it doesn’t align, we redesign.

Every detail began to support our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
And in that process… everything changed.

We didn’t just feel better… we lived better.

That experience became our foundation.
It’s what led us to bring wellness into the homes we design… creating spaces that don’t just look beautiful, but feel aligned, grounded, and alive.

And from there… it grew into something even bigger.

Because wellness doesn’t stop at your front door.
It expands into your habits, your relationships, your community.

That’s why we created a space beyond the home…
a place where people can come together to grow, connect, and elevate their lives with intention.

This is more than design.
This is a way of living.

Wellness begins at home…
and from there, it has the power to transform everything.

He said “One day you’ll leave this life behind
So create a life you will remember!”

This weekend, we did exactly that.

Our very first Soulrender Glamping Wellness Mini Retreat.

Two families making wellness a priority.
Choosing connection over distraction.
Presence over pressure.
Memories over everything.

Early mornings dipping into clear spring waters.
Late night talks.
Laughter that needed no reason.
Kayaking upstream just to prove we can do hard things.

These are the moments that remind us what life is really about.

Because in the end, it will not be about the things we bought.
It will be about the days and nights we fully lived.

This is what wellness looks like.
This is what life is meant to feel like.

We are so excited to create more unique, one of a kind wellness experiences and retreats for our wellness community ✨

Last Friday I hosted a yin yoga class on our rooftop,

Followed by some breakfast & beats from DJ @callumlukew

The vibes were high in the sunshine and it made me think…

Imagine starting everyday feeling this good?

The ripple effect into your day could bring so much more fun, opportunity & energy,

So this is your sign to plan something different & fun tomorrow morning, and see what happens…

My next Rise & Flow event in Tulum is THIS Friday,

and this time it’s a heart opening cacao ceremony & salsa class with live music,

DM me ‘Salsa’ for all the details…💃🏼🪩
