Be the energy you want to attract. ✨

If you want good people, good vibes, and good energy around you, you have to be willing to bring that energy into everything you do too.

Be the light you’re looking for. Be genuine. Be kind. Laugh loudly. Love deeply. Dance. Have fun. Say what you mean. Show up as yourself. Don’t dim who you are just to fit into someone else’s energy.

Because the more we allow ourselves to be fully who we are, the good, the bad days, the weird, the silly, the passionate, the messy, the joyful …the more we give other people permission to do the same.

More people being real, choosing joy and being light instead of looking for someone else to create it for us.

I’m grateful for the people in my life who match that energy. The ones that authentically show up as their whole selves and make little moments special.

That’s how energy changes.
The room changes.
That’s how the world around you changes.

So protect your energy, but also be the energy.
