Words cannot express how immensely grateful I am for the opportunity to work with the box office baddies this past weekend at Seven Stars 🌟

I experienced so many emotions throughout the weekend. I danced, I laughed, I cried, and I reconnected with my self. I left those festival grounds feeling recharged and grounded in my worth. As a mom, sometimes it gets hard to remember who you are when your focus is on keeping 2 tiny humans alive. But I reminded myself with this trip, that it’s ok to take time away from your babies and recharge so you can be the best version of yourself.

To all the incredible humans I met in the valley of the seven stars… thank you. Thank you for laughing with me, loving me, and supporting me. But even more than that. Thank you for being you. I hope our paths cross again✨💗

Would you come to #BurningMan with me 😜?

I came to the Burn this year with a mission: leave my baggage at the door.

Because being stressed out isn’t me.

Yo girl took over a warehouse, started rescuing dogs, somehow kept adding things to her to-do list without taking anything off it… and let me tell you, I’ve been flirting with burnout for a minute.

I thought I needed to burn it all away.

But somewhere between the dust storms, the rain, the art cars, the music, and the beautiful chaos of thousands of people choosing to show up for each other, I realized…

Maybe community isn’t about checking your baggage at the door.

Maybe it’s about creating enough space, perspective, and connection to finally unpack it.

Because sometimes you have to step outside your normal life to actually see it clearly.

To remember that whatever is consuming your brain right now is just one tiny chapter in a much bigger story.

That there is purpose beyond productivity.
That connection is medicine.
That trusting people is a form of courage.
And that letting yourself be supported doesn’t make you weak.

It makes you human.

Maybe that’s what I loved most about the dust this year.
It didn’t ask me to have everything figured out.

It just invited me to loosen my grip, get a little dirty, dance until my brain shut up for a minute, and remember that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

So if you could metaphorically burn one thing in the fire this year…

This burn was what my soul needed so badly. I haven’t been back on the playa in years and after how many magical humans I got to meet and reconnect with… I already can’t wait for next year.

Playing in the shell 🐚 of GIANT TURTLE ART CAR while the man blazes on gotta be one of the coolest moments of my entire life 🐢💫😭 Did y’all miss me while I was out at Burning Man?! I’m officially almost back in the default world 😜 so be gentle with my inbox while I remember what a phoneeee is.

If you tried to reach me and I disappeared into the void, just know I was busy healing my soul, connecting with some absolutely incredible humans, making core memories, and re-finding the magic 🫶✨

I’ll be home just long enough to hug the puppies, wash the dust off, and serenade my cult …and then I’m off to @fanexpodallas 🤠💥 It’s yo girl’s first time in Texas 🐎. Can I get a yeehaw? I’m opening up the stage for the hobbits and you’re not gonna believe this… Nicholas Cage. Wild, right?
