Did you know you could get your dog’s aura photographed?? We had Benji’s done at @auracoolevents in Dumbo, Brooklyn and it was such a cool experience! Watch for some highlights of Benji’s reading! Did you think she read Benji well? Would you get this done for your pet? I had previously gotten my own aura photo done and think this is such a cool thing to do with your pet too! Check them out at their open studio hours most weekends 12-4 or make an appointment!

🔮 We found the coolest dog friendly activity you can do this spooky season & beyond! Benji got his aura photographed with @auracoolevents at their studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn! They have open studio sessions where you can walk in from 12-4pm on weekend days or you can make an appointment in advance for a weekday or to ensure your time slot is available on the weekend! We just walked in on Saturday and they helped us out right away! She set everything up and then Benji had to put his paws on these two metal plates which read his energy and gave the aura colors to the computer. She took several photos over the course of a few minutes and then gave a reading at the end. His photos transitioned from a bluish hue overall to more of a green with a hint of yellow and blue towards the end. She said that this showed how Benji came into the session thinking “What’s going on?” and then to being super excited but still very inquisitive. He was definitely curious of the studio and then got a bit fed up with us by the end of the session so it made sense! They printed out one of the photos from the session and then we got the rest of the photos digitally. If you’re interested they also have human aura photography as well. Prices are listed on the board in the 4th slide. Overall this was a fun experience and definitely something unique to do with your pet! We worked with Lex and she was super sweet and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. While this is fun for spooky season, they are open all year round so if you miss it this month, you’ll still have time!

Might as well snap a pic after all that aura farming 📸

We sat down with @auracoolevents to discuss how aura photography works and what it’s like getting to capture the auras of some pretty talented individuals, including @phoebebridgers at tonight’s concert.
