One of my favourite things to do is to be a Melissa—to gently hold space and support fellow teachers in their sacred gatherings. There is such beauty in standing alongside one another, weaving our gifts together in service to the Light.

It was an absolute honour to be a Melissa and guest teacher at Ana Otero’s Holy Gathering for the Feast Day of Mary Magdalene in Glastonbury.

It was so beautiful to gather with everyone who attended, the devoted Magdalene priests and priestesses, and all those who came with open hearts.

There was such a tangible sense of love, reverence, and sacred sisterhood as we honoured the Magdalene together.

My heart is full of gratitude for everyone who helped create such a deeply moving and grace-filled retreat.

Thank you Ana, AHAVA ❤️🌹

"May the long time Sun
Shine upon you
All love surround you
And the pure Light
Within you
Guide your way on"
Snatum Sat Kaur

We're living in a time where Stillness and Prayer are essential. In the sweetness of the stillness, you hear the voice of your divine inner wisdom.

At 8 am PT on Friday, February 13, we are entering into a sacred container called the Stillness and Prayer Summit.

And you're invited to join myself and a powerful group of spiritual teachers, mystics, ministers and lightworkers who will share wisdom and practices to support you in steadying your nervous system, strengthen your intuition and guide you in reconnecting with the God of your understanding so you meet these times with strength and grace.

Be with us! We begin at 8 am PT.

Stillness and Prayer are an essential antidote to the digitally driven, noisy, and topsy turvy times we're in.

Stillness and Prayer aren't just spiritual luxuries, but tools to THRIVE!!

Join me and an amazing group of spiritual teachers, healers, mystics and ministers at the virtual Stillness and Prayer Summit on Friday, February 13. #linkinbio

You'll receive "soul-soothing" practices that will steady your nervous system, strengthen your intuition and help you stay spiritually connected in an often intense and imbalanced world.

Mark your calendars and join us!

Sitting in a space of deep gratitude on this blessed Shabbat🌹
The sacred lands of Ireland have welcomed me back, which is not what I expected.
A welcome, yes.
A welcome BACK - no 😂
She’s been calling me back to her & thanks to my beloved I am here & will return.
So many #thankyou messages to share, so if I didn’t get you in this one…it’s coming 🍀🇮🇪
Firstly, I thank this sacred land of Eire & the Sidhe, guardians of this land💚
I am deeply grateful to my Priestess sisters & beloved friends @celticschoolofsoundhealing @emersoulwisdom Stephanie, Donna
Thank you for hosting the Gong Master Training @gandharvaloka.ie
I am grateful for the love & support of my beloved, holding me in his magnificent, Divine Masculine energy ♥️
I am grateful to the Divine & myself, for getting out of my own way & allowing my Soul & the Divine to guide me 🐉
May you take inspiration to put your ego, the lesser self, in a closet, in a time out 🚫, whatever you have to do to allow your Soul & the Divine to step in & guide your steps in love & grace.
It’s time.
Stay in your heart
Know you are love & loved
Shabbat Blessings 🌹

These are the bowls she used when she treated us to a grounding crystalline interlude at my recent Gong Master Training in Dublin. So angelic 🙏🌹🙏

Peace . . .

I know what it's like to not have peace in my heart, mind or spirit and to have to navigate intense emotions and situations with tension and fear.

I know what it's like to have peace in my heart and to be able move through situations with grace.

I've done research about the powerful effect of group meditation on evoking peace in communities, the nation and the world.

This Sunday, Peace Sunday, we're gathering together to meditate for peace, in person and online. Conversation, music, singing bowls, meditation.

Join us! #linkinbio or DM me
