A sketch of Mia Grimoire a young witch. I haven't done a #DTIYS in ages and the challenge posted by @aureliengalvan caught my eye. I had a bit of fun with this one, I will probably paint her in watercolours but I wanted to get this posted up first.

"The people who walk in darkness have seen a great light, on those dwelling in a land overshadowed by death, light has arisen." Matthew 4:16

Here's my YA fantasy take on @aureliengalvan 's beautifully whimsical Mia Grimoire illustration! Hope I haven't changed the mood up too much 😅.

Can you see the night sky crow in the background? 😀

DTIYS | MIA GRIMOIRE 🎀 @aureliengalvan

Remaking Mia in my style was SO much fun! ⭐️

tiny update: noticed a random spot somewhere on the drawing. it’s barely noticeable and not really a big deal, but somehow my perfectionist self keeps fixating on it 😭
