European and Western weddings often unfold throughout an entire day, making “documenting” the natural heart of wedding photography. It creates space to blend artistry and authenticity with a journalistic, documentary approach, allowing the images to hold more emotion, atmosphere, and lasting impressions. I want to keep documenting destination weddings for many more years — as a journalist, as an artist, and as someone who truly wants to preserve the stories and feelings within each day.

We were truly honoured to cater Darya & Idin’s beautiful wedding last month 🤍

A celebration filled with stunning traditional touches inspired by their Iranian heritage, fun elements for their guests, and talented musicians creating the perfect atmosphere throughout the day. And, of course, we were delighted to bring our food to the table!

From our signature canapés to their bespoke request for delicious BBQ canapés served alongside, every detail was thoughtfully chosen. Their two-course wedding breakfast featured our heritage tomato & burrata starter, followed by tender beef short rib for the main, with ravioli for our vegetarian guests.

What we loved most was seeing all the little details Darya & Idin chose to make their wedding truly their own. It was a joy to bring their vision to life through food and to be part of such a special celebration.

Thank you, Darya & Idin, for trusting us with your wedding day. It was an absolute pleasure to cater for you both and your wonderful guests. 🥂✨
