Despite all the tears and chaos, I know my mom was with us in spirit as we made this trip to her favorite place on Earth, Hawaii. What a journey she put she on! My mom’s intention was always to love generously and I know she would be so proud of each one of us for showing up and doing the best we possibly can. I find comfort in knowing that we all carry bits of her around with us. I can see her and hear her when I spend time with this big, beautiful family of mine. 🌺🌈❤️

Today marks the anniversary of when we found out that our lives as we knew them would be changed forever. I wish I could go back and fix it, make her healthy again and preserve our lives with our beautiful mom. I know that she wanted each one of us to live our lives full of love, creativity, abundance, play, generosity, strength, and courage. Thinking of each one of you, my beautiful sisters. 💜💜💜💜

Today we are saying goodbye to this house, but it will always be in our hearts. This is the place where my mom was really able to put down her roots and create a beautiful garden and a beautiful life that she loved. So many happy memories! ❤️🏡🌺🌻🪻🌸🌼🍐

🎉 THEY DID IT! 🎉 Heart swollen. We are always a little disoriented the morning after our trainees graduate🥹. A carousel post couldn’t even begin to show the work that was put in to this achievement. 3.5 months of dedication, commitment, challenge (mental and physical), building relationships, developing life skills and a deeper understanding of yoga AND of yourself. This group of individuals will now have an ability to use their knowledge to inspire, motivate, heal, be a voice that leads people to peace and happiness through the teachings of yoga, through movement, and through community. We do this work because that is who we are, because it matters.

We are so honored to have been chosen to guide you all. Thank you for becoming a part of this lineage of teachers. ❤️
