When masculine meets feminine.

This was an amazing year for me.

Not because it was easy, but because I stayed 10 toes down and committed to what truly matters.

Being in my body.

Being present for myself, my daughter, my friends, and my family — that’s essential for me.

This year, I genuinely feel back in my body.
I’m more aware of my movements… and honestly, I now know when I’m outside of my body too.

The beautiful thing about this journey is:

• It’s fun
• I’m learning how to let my once-dominant masculine energy soften by becoming more fluid in my body and energy
• When you marry both energies — you’re golden

It’s even helped me increase revenue in my business.

I’m more confident than I’ve ever been.
I’m more in tune with my energy.

And I can feel again lol.

I’m extremely proud of myself for staying true to me — even when it felt hard and awkward as hell.

Plus, I got to dance with my friends… and most importantly, just have fun.

My word for 2026 is EMBODY.

To embody means to give visible form to an idea or feeling.

And I’ve learned that my purpose is simply to

feel —

and express what I feel.

So, Cheers to softening the heart,

bringing life back into our bodies,

and returning to our energy ✨

The Courage To Be Seen Through Friendships👯🏽‍♂️

Y’all… I literally had this sitting in my drafts for about a year 😂. Sometimes the medicine really is just for you until you’re ready to share it.

I want to talk about friendships. I don’t know why, but lately I’ve been feeling fear around sharing my stories. I go through a whole series of questions and doubts before I can muster up the courage to hit “post.”

This matters to me because I’ve mastered the art of hiding in plain sight.

Sometimes you don't realize how afraid you are of being seen until a friendship hold up a mirror.

So… here we go.

I believe friendships are one of the most important kinds of relationships we experience. They’re essential for your well-being.

I’ve learned sooo much about myself through my friendships. They’re special because you consciously choose the people who become part of your chosen family.

And just like anything meaningful, friendships require effort and intentionality in order to flourish.

For most of my life, I felt like I was running from myself — and somehow, my friends were always there.

I’ve also recognized that I created a quiet barrier around my heart. Being seen at my core used to scare me, like if people got too close, the love would somehow be pulled back. But these last couple of years have taught me differently. I’ve allowed myself to be fully seen, and instead of love being taken away, I’ve experienced more connection, more understanding, and more peace than I ever expected.

May we all continue choosing friendships that feel safe, honest, and aligned with who we’re becoming.
