Many thanks for the fabulous alumni who joined our pub quiz event last night @blacksheepsocietyparis ! We didn’t win but we definitely had fun trying ✨ It was also a great moment to launch our summer scholarship campaign- consider making a donation— small or big, every contribution helps 🎉 link in bio !

We had a glorious day- met with a local artist who lived by the sea, hiked to a waterfall (Kirkjufellsfossar) near Kirkjufell to see the view, stopped for the best coffee in Iceland with Larus, and ended the night with HOT DOGS!

Spending the day FREEZING and then ending the day in a hot sauna doing a seven step skincare ritual getting drunk on crowberry martinis? Bring. It. On.

The Sky Lagoon experience was 10/10 for me! I loved every moment (except the cold plunge- hated that!) because I LOVE a process, a strong drink, and being indulgent while also feeling toasty!

Skál! 🥂

After we walked Diamond Beach, we headed to the glacial lagoon, which is nothing short of a dreamscape. ☁️

We watched the sunset, saw a few seals bobbing around, and by the end, we were just standing in silence, in awe of the beauty of Iceland.

The 2026 Switzerland trip goes live Friday at 11:30 am CST! Link to be notified when tickets go public is in my bio 💕 I hope to have even more beautiful adventures with so many of you!!

Black Beach (watching people get wrecked by waves!), the lava fields (covered in moss and so green!), the views from Kirkjubæjarklaustur, and delicious pizza with amazing people at Black Crust Pizzeria!

Iceland, you beautiful bitch, I can’t wait to be back inside you!

Spending the day in Iceland waterfall chasing… I’m sorry? Whose life am I living??

None of this felt real. It still doesn’t feel real. My life is a dreamy pseudo reality, and I am so grateful to be here.

Maybe one day, I’ll wake up and this will feel like a reality to me. It will feel like it’s deserved and just part of every day life perhaps.

Believe me, I know how unbelievably lucky I am.

But right now, it feels like I’m sleepwalking and I’m still waiting to wake up.

Again, it’s worth restating that this group was just perfection. I miss each and every one of you so damn much. I love you so much!

Little hobbit babies!!! 💕🫶🏻✨🫰🏻

Iceland, day 2 continued!

Rainbows at Gullfoss, the tastiest lunch with the whole group and delicious hot chocolate, Strokkur Geysir eruptions, soaking in the Secret Lagoon, and ending the night with the Aurora Borealis ✨💕

Iceland Day 2!

We started the day by visiting Thingvellir National Park, where you can hike between two tectonic plates! This is also considered the birthplace of Iceland, since this is where Iceland’s Parliament was founded.

You can see also see Silfra from the lookout, which is where we went snorkeling in icy water between the two tectonic plates (those ridiculous pictures will come later I promise 😅)

After we warmed up on the bus, our guide Larus took us to a local dairy farm for homemade ice cream. We hung out with some hoggy dogs (who only wanted our ice cream) and we met a little dairy farm cat.

You can tell that our group has started finding our silliness on day 2, because it’s smiles all around. I miss and love you all!

Another food photo dump because I just have to share them all!

The first Iceland group has returned home, and I am in Reykjavik on my own, catching up on sleep and eating lots of good food, drinking all the coffee, and doing loads of laundry.

The next group arrives in scattered groups- some will be here tomorrow morning and the rest will be here Monday morning. I’ve decided to distinguish between the two trips by referring to the second as Twiceland (I am very proud of this) ✨
