First half of the season ✅️

These 2 weeks have been rough for me. I've never had this much pressure during a season as a member. Its been really mentally exhausting. But honestly, it's what I paid $6200 for. For me, its really hard not to take comments personally. I've been improving, and I'll keep improving as we go on. Fixating on mistakes and being negative about them only makes me lose focus on what's really important: learning how they happen, learning how to move on from them, amd finally learning how to stay positive afterwards. This has been keeping me on the route of improvement these last 2 weeks. Ofc this doesn't mean simply passing off mistakes. Just internalized what can I do better and how can I stay uplifted in the hard work we do.

Really excited to crank with these guys for the next 3 weeks. National tour is gonna be crazy

Hong Kong in DCI 2026 🇭🇰

Tung Cheng – Columbians 2026 | Snare
Alex Poon – Gold 2026 | Snare

A historic milestone for Hong Kong marching band!

We are incredibly proud to share that three of our own—Lok Tung (Charlotte), Tung Cheng, and Alex Poon—are currently in the U.S. performing with their respective DCI corps for the 2026 season.

This is a monumental achievement. They have not only navigated the rigorous audition process but have officially become the first-ever Hong Kong percussionists to join a DCI Battery section! The journey from preparation to the intense training in the U.S. is never easy, and their dedication is truly inspiring.

Lok Tung (Charlotte) – Boise Gems 2026 @boisegems | Snare
Tung Cheng – Columbians 2026 @columbiansdbc | Snare
Alex Poon – Gold 2026 @golddrumcorps | Snare

This is more than just a personal accomplishment; it’s a historic leap for the Hong Kong marching arts community. We hope this is only the beginning and that more talents from Hong Kong will follow in their footsteps to carry this passion forward.

Keep pushing, team! Enjoy every moment on the field—we are all cheering for you from back home! 🔥
