Goal: 182kg/401lbs
i.e. hit my Snatch PR (taken once made once) and C&J PR (made once off two attempts) on the same day … with a slight back strain 😅 … but fuck it we ball

Result: 176kg/388lbs

Snatch
80kg/176lbs ✅
84kg/185lbs ❌
85kg/187lbs ❌

That 85kg … damn … I’ve missed a lift that way once, maybe twice in my life … stuck the catch … just … damn 🫥

Show must go on though 🤷🏽‍♂️

Clean & Jerk
90kg/198lbs ✅
94kg/207lbs ✅
97kg/215lbs ✅

C&J Comp PR (7kg/15lbs) and Total Comp PR (6kg/13lbs)

🤏🏽 close … we’ll run it back soon 👀

Shoutout to @handlebar.barbell and @auspiciousliving_ for helping to navigate the chaos that is meet day 🤝🏽

Jimmy Burchfield’s Classic Invitational XVI 👊🔥

What a night! The building was PACKED and the energy was unreal from start to finish—one of the loudest amateur shows we’ve ever been a part of! Every bout brought it, and the crowd showed up heavy to support! 👏

Huge thank you to all the fighters who stepped in the ring, the coaches who put in the work behind the scenes, and the fans who made this night truly special. A special thank you to USA Boxing New England for helping make it all happen! 🙌🇺🇸
