Maybe if he wasn’t so strong I wouldn’t have to move so many plates 😂

I swear this guy pushes me more than I push him, @coachdanza bro seriously your doing really well with the workouts I’ve set up for us to do, the also really helping me understand form, control and to understand what weights to select. I’ll be a PT yet hahaha just gotta get the certification🤣 but @360fitnessgroupgordonvale have the best facilities I’ve ever been able to use and I’m glad it’s such a small gym, everyone knows each other and we are al happy to help wherever we can. I’m feeling stronger lighter and more agile, this training I’m doing with these guys is really changing my life. Wouldn’t have it any other way 🥰😁😁. #360fitnessgroupgordonvale #gordonvale #cairns #queensland #summer #gettingswole #workingonabetterversionofme #brosesh #armworkout #chestworkout #cantfeelmyarms #gym #gymmotivation #gymislife #feelinggood
