⁣I was invited to try out XFT’s delicious menu and see their kitchen processes which featured hand making their pearls and brown sugar. Credits to XFT for going the extra mile to differentiate themselves by making their ingredients fresh. ⁣✅

⁣Im confident to say that their 'SIGNATURE BROWN SUGAR BOBA MILK TEA' is the BEST brown sugar MT i have had 🤩! I was really impressed by the tea taste as well as the milk to tea ratio, the tea tasted very depthly and their freshly made brown sugar and pearls amped the beverage up so well as they were sooo soft and syrupy! The classic boba milk tea was one of the best i have had too!⁣ 🔥

Alongside delicious drinks, the ambience of the store was super sleek, fresh and clean as well as service being incredibly attentive too! ⁣Thank You @xingfutang.sydney for the lovely event and congratulations on the grand opening!⁣ ⁣🎁

Pictured above is the RARE BEEF PHO, VIET ICED COFFEE, VERMICELLI BOWL & CRISPY PORK BELLY BANH MI! 🍲🥖🧡🥩 Firstly, I was super impressed with the RARE BEEF PHO ❤️ as the broth was very balanced and unlike a lot of the moreso southern focused broths i have had which are usually are overly sweetened! All the ingredients within the pho were super fresh and i loved how they served the beef rare to ensure extra freshness and tastiness! 😊
Secondly, i really rate the VIET ICED COFFEE, tasted true to taste and was very authentic and had the perfect coffee to condensed milk ratio, also went super well with the food! 💥

Ironically I didn’t love the fish at this spot, but boy I loved this pasta {squid ink linguine + king prawn + spanner crab + zucchini + chilli + lemon} - perfect combo! Saw this funny looking building in Darling Square and ventured in to take a look. Turns out to be a food market! Tried out the Crispy fish tacos from @fishandco1 . A place that promotes sustainably caught seafood 😁 The chipotle mayo and batter worked well together but I was hoping for a bigger chunkier fish 😔

Sydney continues to surprise me with the range of authentic Asian cuisines it has to offer. This Gaeng Daeng Gai (Red Curry Chicken) was delicious & impactful. The hidden star of the show - Winter Melon soaked up all the creamy curry goodness 🥰 Simple bowl of Thai jasmine rice went perfectly together. If you haven't been already, you need to visit @chatthailife 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♂️ .

Breakfast with a twist @auverscafe . The auvers egg Benedict guarantees you a combinations of flavours you've never tried before. I’ve reviewed the $155 seven course menu @biotadining on my website, www.sydneyflavours.com.au 📖 muntries felt at home on top of a barbecued steak with smoked yoghurt, the best part of which was the caramelised jus on top. Viscous and delicious 🥩
