A morning late, but we didn’t get a pic until the evening. 1st day of 14th year for Austin and Caitlin! So thankful they are at Liberty University and all they are involved in. So excited to follow along on what God has in store this year. Year one was pretty awesome.

PS…pictures don’t show all that goes on behind the scenes. The challenges, the growth, the grind, the obedience. The highlights are what gets posted. These two kids pursue God and serve well, even in the really tough days. Press on, you two. Sometimes God’s plan redirects, and that is good, even if hard.

The heart of man plans his way,
but the LORD establishes his steps.

— Proverbs 16:9

Happy 20th Birthday, Austin and Caitlin! Yes, it is hard to believe you are two decades old but no way I would trade back a single day. God is so kind He chose us to be your parents. Have a great day and know how much we love you!!!

The sweetest name I will ever be called…Dad.

We thought we wouldn’t ever have any kids, so nothing but a gift to have the responsibility to love and lead these three. Grace upon grace from God.

I became a Dad on Father’s Day in 2005. 20 years of the most meaningful days.

Love you @austinbcarrr @caitlincarrr and Brynie more than you could dream.

Happy Mother’s Day, Kim. What a gift that Austin, Caitlin and Bryn get you as their mom.

Her children rise up and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
“Many women have done excellently,
but you surpass them all.”

— Proverbs 31:28-29

Love you!!!

Thankful to have Austin and Caitlin home for the weekend to celebrate Easter. We surprised Kim and Bryn. Definitely will never take for granted any minute that we get to all be together.

For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”

— Acts 2:39

It was worth the 6 hour drive through some pretty awful storms. What a blessing to see Austin serve this program and all the people that make it what it is. All glory to Christ. I love March. Conference USA Champions and they will hear their name called on Selection Sunday!!

Great couple of days seeing @austinbcarrr and @caitlincarrr

Thankful to see all they are doing in serving @libertymbb @lu_mbb_managers and @libertyosd

So proud of these two. Really thankful @pubabe1997 and Brynie will get to see them in just a few days and in time for a BIG weekend of hoops!! So fun. Nothing sweeter than a family reunion.

All glory to God.
