Still in awe over last week.

Hosting our very first Collide Conference is something I’ll never forget. I never would have imagined that God would use me to teach and pour into the next generation. I’m constantly in awe of God’s goodness and provision over my life.

I’m also so thankful for every person who has encouraged me, prayed for me, and walked alongside me in this journey.

Thank You Jesus, for these students, for this opportunity, and for Your presence over this ministry.

Serving these past two weeks at Camp Utopia has been one of the best experiences of my life. Seeing the Lord move these weeks has been eye opening. I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve at on of the best places on Earth.

I want to say how good the lord is to me. From last year being ready to step away from church to serving at the same place the lord got ahold of me. It put into perspective what someone told me. “Look at God’s zeal for your life.” That sentence has been on repeat while i was serving.

It changed my mindset for why I serve. Because if God was able to chase after me why can’t I do everything I can to try repay him for saving my life.

What an honor it was as well to pour into these kids lives. The short time you’re there with them and seeing the impact you have makes you want to stay forever. Praying over them when they don’t have the words is something I will never forget.

I also want to say thank you to everyone else that I got to serve with. What a blessing it was to labor for the kingdom with y’all. From the set up, put up, and jokes thank y’all for the memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you to all the mentors that took time to pour into a kid that is trying to figure out how to do effective ministry. I thank you for the conversations late at night. I thank you for the lessons that are only learned through wisdom.

Lastly I’m thankful for two people that made working camp feel more like a vacation than anything else. From the jokes to the put ups thank y’all for making working 10x easier because I can’t imagine camp without y’all. And I’m going to miss the conversations that we had.

This post is not a brag but a testimony for what God has done for me because what good does the gospel and the wonders of God do if we can’t share it publicly

Thank you Camp Utopia. See you next year.

God never forgets. I could tell the whole story, but there’s not enough space on this platform to share how faithful God is!

I vividly remember being a junior in college sitting in the office of Dr. Erin Gilchrist and telling her I’d love to work for her one day. (I had no clue what I was saying😂) While that conversation slipped my memory, God never forgot. I’ve been so blessed to be an adjunct professor teaching at Samford University this spring, covering for none other than Dr. G while she had that precious baby!

This semester has been exhausting to say the least, but it’s been an absolute dream teaching in the same classrooms that shaped me during my college years. Thank you to everyone who’s prayed for and encouraged me as I graded 1,096 pages of papers (yes, I counted) and closed out another fantastic year with First Priority clubs (so many more God stories here)!

God never forgets✨

There’s a bird somewhere in here.

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.” -Numbers 6:24-26
